18 GENERAL SAFETY OF PLASTIC, METAL AND MIXED PRODUCTS The articles we sell do not require product certification, as they correspond to the definition in Legislative Decree 206 of 06.09.2005. Based on such decree, a safe product is a product that during normal or reasonably predictable use, including in terms of duration, does not pose any hazards or only minimum hazards, compatible with the use of the product itself. The articles mentioned do not fall under any of the European Product Directives, in particular not the Machinery Directive 93/37/EC, the Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EC or the Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive 89/336/EEC. In any case, there are no particular risks associated with the articles or the cleaning systems to which these articles relate. The materials used are all materials that pose no chemical risk to the health of users. The company constantly monitors the materials used and keeps their safety data sheets. As far as safety is concerned, it is specified that the articles must not be used by non-professional users and must not be used on uneven surfaces with a slope of more than 1%. It is also recommended that the articles be stored in such a way that they are out of the reach of children. Finally, the manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by the substances used by the operator. SAFETY OF ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS Our electric items - Aura range - meet the 89/336/EEC Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive and are all CE marked. Before using electrical items, the operator must read the instruction manual, which he must carefully and scrupulously follow. For any doubts, the operator may contact the manufacturer or the Service Centres. The materials used for the production of electrical items are all materials that do not pose a chemical risk to users’ health. The company constantly checks the materials used and keeps their safety data sheets. Lastly, the manufacturing company is not liable for any damage caused by the operator when using electrical items.
